Founded by interior designer Alexandra Coxon, MY HABITAT is a design studio and collection of custom stone tables, born from a desire to create the pieces she couldn’t find elsewhere. Ones that were perfect in proportion, form, and finish.
While living in Portugal and working on interiors across Europe, Alexandra began collaborating directly with local stonemasons to bring her vision to life. What started as a personal pursuit soon grew into a business, offering clients sculptural pieces crafted from marble, travertine, and limestone, each one made to order, and often one of a kind.
"I’ve always loved solid, sculptural forms. Those vintage pieces that stop you in your tracks. But sourcing them was becoming harder, more expensive, and often involved compromise. So I started designing my own."

Each piece begins with the stone itself and the materials are as much the muse as they are the medium. Alexandra works closely with quarries and workshops to hand-select each block, many of which are limited in quantity, lending a unique character to every design.
MY HABITAT partners with expert makers in Portugal and Turkey to produce timeless, architectural stone furniture. Inspired by designs of the 1970s and iconic figures like Mangiarotti and Bellini, each table is crafted to stand the test of time, both in quality and aesthetic.
Each MY HABITAT piece is made to order and can be tailored to suit your space. From adjusting dimensions to selecting stone types and finishes, the process is intentionally flexible. Many clients choose to adapt existing designs to their needs, while others come to us with a vision of their own—our studio welcomes both.
Whether it’s a one-off statement piece or a large-scale commission, we work closely with clients and our trusted makers to ensure each table is entirely unique.
