Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size of your piece and its destination.
Each item is made to order and securely packed in a custom, fumigated wooden crate to ensure safe transit.
We ship globally using trusted freight carriers and coordinate closely with our logistics partners to ensure your piece arrives safely and on schedule. The shipping process is typically straightforward, and our team has extensive experience managing international deliveries.
We’re always happy to assist with any questions or provide support at any stage of the shipping process.
Americas, Africa, Asia & Oceania: 10–14 business days from dispatch.
EU, UK & nearby non‑EU countries: 7–13 business days from dispatch.
Transit times begin after production is complete (customs or carrier delays may occasionally extend these timelines). Production lead times vary by item and are listed on each product page. When your order is ready we will be in contact with you and send shipment details so you can monitor its progress.
Americas, Africa, Asia & Oceania:
Standard curb-side delivery is provided. A delivery appointment will always be arranged in advance. Under our standard shipping method, the crate will be placed at your driveway or curb, but it will not be unpacked or brought indoors.
White-glove delivery:
Including in-home placement and unpacking, is available upon request. This service typically incurs an additional cost of €500–€1,000 on top of the standard shipping rate, depending on the size of your order and your location. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like a custom quote.
EU, UK & Nearby Non‑EU Countries:
We offer an upgraded delivery at no additional cost. A tail-lift truck will deliver your item to your front door, wait while you unpack, and remove the packaging. Please note that the driver does not assist with uncrating or setup.
Handling & Installation: To make handling easier, the table legs and tops are packed separately within the crate. This allows each component to be carried inside individually. We recommend ensuring you have enough manpower available on the day of delivery to complete the move safely.
Orders delivered within the EU will not incur any additional import duties or VAT.
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and VAT may apply. These charges are typically collected by your local customs authority or the shipping provider. To estimate potential costs, we recommend using Simply Duty with HS Code 68029100 (covering marble, travertine, and alabaster).
Once your order is ready to ship, we’ll be in touch. Where possible, we always offer the option for MY HABITAT to handle customs clearance on your behalf, simplifying the process and minimising paperwork for you. In such cases, duties and taxes will be paid upfront by us and invoiced to you for reimbursement.
Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
If you’re unsure about materials, finishes, or sizing, feel free to contact us before ordering. We’re happy to help with design questions, sizing guidance, and finish recommendations.
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you're unable to open the crate immediately, we recommend signing for it as “accepted upon inspection.”
While it’s extremely rare for our pieces to arrive damaged—thanks to our custom crating and trusted freight partners—should anything occur, we’re here to help. If you notice any damage, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and send clear photos of both the item and the internal and external packaging within 48 hours so we can initiate an insurance claim.
Once the claim is submitted, we’ll handle the process from start to finish and promptly arrange a solution, whether that’s a repair or a replacement, at no cost to you. We take great care to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition and will support you every step of the way.
